The MIDAS Project team completed the live demo tour this past August in select locations to show how SAP can work with FSA data and processes to meet our business needs. SAP is the COTS (commercial off-the-shelf) software that provides the technology platform for the MIDAS solution. The Demo uses realistic scenarios to show how standard SAP processes can integrate producer information, farm records, acreage reporting, GIS and applications such as the Marketing Assistance Loan - all within a single system.
