Welcome to the South Carolina FSA Website! The Farm Service Agency is a federal agency of the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Located in all 50 states, FSA provides farmers with a strong safety net through the administration of farm commodity and disaster programs and helps to conserve the nation’s natural resources through the Conservation Reserve Program (CRP). The agency also provides financial credit to eligible producers who are unable to receive private, commercial credit.
