WASHINGTON, April 15, 2020 – USDA’s Commodity Credit Corporation (CCC) today announced the 2020 crop loan rate differentials for upland and extra-long staple cotton.

WASHINGTON, May 13, 2020 –The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) has announced the availability of $900,000 for local governments to host a Community Compost and Food Waste Reduction (CCFWR) pilot project for fiscal year (FY) 2020. The cooperative agreements will support projects that develop and test strategies for planning and implementing municipal compost plans and food waste reduction plans.

USDA Announces More Than 3.4 Million Acres Selected for General Signup Conservation Reserve Program
WASHINGTON, D.C., March 26, 2020 – Agriculture Secretary Sonny Perdue today announced the acceptance of more than 3.4 million acres in the general Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) signup recently completed, the first general signup enrollments since 2016. County offices will begin notifying producers with accepted offers no later than April 3.
